We want you to feel fabulous in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select your preferred return carrier and decide whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit voucher.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible and attach the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
